What if my package is marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?Updated a month ago

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a little early — in many cases, they show up within the next 1–2 days.

Here’s what to do first:

1. Double check around your property (letterbox, front door, side entrances, etc.)

2. Ask neighbours, housemates, or building managers

3. Check if it was collected by someone else on your behalf

If you still can’t locate it after that, please get in touch with our team. We’ll open an investigation with the courier and do everything we can to help.
