If your order arrives damaged, or seems to be lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible — we’re here to help make it right.

We’ll work with the courier to investigate and either replace your order or find a suitable solution.

To speed things up, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if the item is damaged)

We know how exciting it is waiting for your order — so if something’s gone wrong, we’ll prioritise getting it sorted quickly.
