Can I make a change to my order?

Our team works fast to get orders out the door — which means we’re usually unable to make changes once your order has been placed. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, and you’ll need to contact the courier directl

Can I cancel my order?

We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed, as they’re immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and packing. However, we do offer 50-day returns, so you’re welcome to return the item once it arrives.
