We offer 50-day returns to give you peace of mind — just in case the product isn’t quite right for you.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Items must be returned in brand new condition

• All original packaging, manuals, giftcards, cases, product accessories and adapters must be included and with your return and in brand new condition (no scratches, marks or missing items).

• Return shipping is at your cost.

The fine print:

• Returns are accepted within 50 days of your order being placed

• Refunds and exchanges are processed once your return is received, inspected, and approved

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided or similar issue, a re-send fee will apply

• Returns must be sent back to the same warehouse your item was originally shipped from, there are no exceptions for this.
